This hands-on session refreshes core central line placement skills for faculty. Participants will differentiate between central venous catheter (CVC) types and placement approaches, and review risk-reduction and vessel health and preservation techniques. Using ultrasound guidance for proper vessel selection, participants will practice donning sterile attire and barrier precautions and gain hands-on experience with modified Seldinger CVC insertion.
